This is a captain of the seas!
This one was an interesting one to make. I drew and painted the captain, cut it out, sowed it on to a canvas with a blue background, then sowed the waves. I really like the result and i think ill make more of these. Its combining my painting and drawing with my sowing! Made for illustration friday topic 'captain' but i missed the week deadline. It was also made for my dad, who has a boat called dodger. thats sort of him, but without the pipe  EDIT: A DD! Thanks so much to *boum for suggesting it and to ^misskittyoooo for featuring!
